“We loved this stay, the location was perfect as it was 5 minutes away from our Son's house. The property was very clean and very accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Charleston. Short drive to downtown and Folly Beach, one of our favorite places to visit.”

“Awesome place near the beach. I was familiar with the area and knew exactly where it was and chose it for that reason. It's is in a quiet neighborhood between the busy part of Folly Rd and Folly Beach near the marshes. Beautiful deck off some forested lowlands and wonderful home. Super convenient to everything yet so quiet and peaceful. Definitely planning to stay again. 5 stars all the way!”

“On day one we encountered some storms in the morning and Brian reached out to let us know to travel safe and that we could come early if needed. When we finally arrived the immediate reaction was, it's adorable! All directions for arriving were spot on and the tip sheets left out were so easy and helpful. Even though it's a tiny home, it was perfect for the two of us. I loved all the hand painted drawings I found throughout the space! The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and buslte but……

“WHAT AN AMAZING PROPERTY. We will certainly be back many times over on our annual trip to Charleston. This property owner created an amazing cottage / space on the back of their property with so much attention to detail. Very Private. Enjoyed the pool area each day, our cottage had great AC/air plow. So many vibey pieces of art. The OUTDOOR SHOWER was huge and had plants in it and was just a dream. We got to enjoy the outdoor seating & tables and overall had a magical 3 days/nights here. We……

“The cottage is cozy and bright with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It isclose to downtown and to the other places you want to see in Charleston. Check-in was very easy as directions were communicated through email. The kitchen was satisfactory as we only fixed breakfast. ”
