Amazing Group Vacation!
The house was clean and more than spacious for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent; he responded quickly and had suggestions for anything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return to this home!

Awesome place and great owners and property managers.
Awesome place. A great place for large groups like ours. The property was in a great location for us were close to the dam were the tournament was out of. Also close to town so we could run to the store if needed. The kids loved it and so did the parents. The owners were great to work with along with the property manager. I would recommend this house and property anytime. Hopefully we will be going back to Lake Cumberland in the near future for more tournaments and stay there.

Perfect family gateway place but be ware of the property owner
This is a beautiful house - with lots of bunk beds and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time. A couple of points to note - the house is well equipped with everything (kitchen dinnerware, big refrigerator, washer liquid, driver sheets, etc). The room above the garage gets very cold and there are not enough blankets. So carry a few blankets. For any questions, contact EVOLVE, they are good. But make sure you don't have to deal with the property owner. He is VERY RUDE!!! I have rated one star just because of that - he spoiled our Friday evening and asked us to vacate the property if we are not happy over-reporting a few small issues in the property.
