“Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and……

“Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us……

“Thank you so much for having us! We loved the bottle of wine and the apartment! It was perfect for us and for the trip. Would recommend to a friend!!”

“Great stay!”

“Good location. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint I really have is that breakfast is served way too late at 8:30.”

“Great spot for the family. Close to Newport and local beaches. Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping, and Cliff Walk. The unit we stayed in was ideal for three couples, great kitchen, bathrooms were modern and plenty of closet space. The balcony overlooking Thames St. was an added plus. We will stay here again.”
