「This was the first hotel that we stayed in during our Türkiye trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy and clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly and were ready to assist at all times. When we checked out I forgot my iWatch in the room and Resole (the front desk attendant) caught up with our car to return my watch. I’m so very greatful for this above and beyond service. I’ll definitely choose to stay in this hotel again 」

「The breakfast was ample and varied, the shower was powerful, the ac was sufficient and cool and the housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Also the staff were very helpful and approachable, we had 2 taxis arranged by them and the airport rate was good,looking for a nice hotel then this won't disappoint as location is central and access to public transport was close by with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, thankyou brothers for your hospitality!」

「Il personale è gentile e disponibile. C'è l'ascensore. Il wifi è ottimo. Siamo una coppia che lavora da remoto al computer e non abbiamo avuto problemi con la connessione. La posizione è buona, a due passi da Piazza Taksim. La pulizia generale della camera era scarsa. Abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto al divano e bottiglie di plastica sotto al letto, oltre a tanta polvere. Il bagno è troppo piccolo e senza un ricambio d'aria adeguato e il soffitto è pieno di muffa. La cucina non è adeguatamente...

「Die Unterkunft war Preis-Leistungsmäßig wirklich sehr top. Die Arbeiter alle freundlich. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Tee, Kaffe und Kuchen am Empfang. Die Location ist nur 1-2 Minuten vom Taksim Platz entfernt. Man hat mit der Metro und F1 gute Anbindungen. Auch viele Busse fahren dort. Havabus ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von dort entfernt, top👍 Außerdem waren sie zuvorkommend bei einem Upgrade des Zimmers. 」
