「The Trinity hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim square with a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room could be a little bit bigger (bed is near the glass door to the balcony) but adequate for a city trip. Bathroom with shower is excellent! Airco works fine. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to stay for a drink with a superb view on the city. Tip for breakfast: the restaurant between Taksim square and Gezi park.」

「Nice staffs are welcome in the reception. Detailed introduction Istanbul with map while check in by a male staff. Very friendly. Room is very good condition, big enough, but no toothbrush provided. When I check out, another male staff provided excellent service to me, he helped me to call a taxi to take me to the nearest airport bus station ( The Point Hotel Taskim) 25LL. 「Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel. One disappointment was the pool area where there was one help and he was not available all the time. 」

「Compared to the reservation expenses, the stay quality was superb! The staff were very polite and respectful.」

「The breakfast was ample and varied, the shower was powerful, the ac was sufficient and cool and the housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Also the staff were very helpful and approachable, we had 2 taxis arranged by them and the airport rate was good,looking for a nice hotel then this won't disappoint as location is central and access to public transport was close by with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, thankyou brothers for your hospitality!」

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
