“I left my prescription glasses in my room, I called the hotel multiple times half and hour after I realized i left them on the room, they told me nothing was there, those cartier glasses were aprox 2.5k, they knew it and thats why i couldn’t get them back. Thefts ”

“My room was a well-equipped luxury studio apartment that included a washer/dryer (what a treat) and a great small kitchen and a large walk-in shower. Absolutely loved my accommodation. And for you gringos and gringas out there with shaky Spanish, your host, Juan, not only speaks impeccable English but is so very helpful. Highly recommend!”

“Check in was difficult ... when we arrived the lights were off and the building seemed closed. A man spoke to us through the window to find out why we were there. We finally convinced him that we had a room reserved for the night. He let us in the building, checked us in and gave us our key. The room was as described. ”

“Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.”
