“the whole flat smell weird..moldy kind of smell.. windows are broken.. dirty comforter… poor ventilation… would not recommend”

“We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!”

“Front desk told us that breakfast was complimentary but it turned out it wasn’t. There was only 1 staff at check-in, which created a line for checking in. It was good that the Hilton, 5 few minute walk had a restaurant, where we were able to grab dinner. Nice to have a gym, pool and sauna, which we used.”

“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

“Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm”

“The location was very good. It was easy to access public transit and places to eat. The room was functional, it was industrial in look and feel—not cosy or homey. The toilet had problems with flushing and we had to fix it several times. The bathroom sink plug did not work properly. The shower floor was very slippery and there were no grab bars on the shower wall to grab onto for safety—not good for older people!”

“Hotel is huge. Room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Good parking underground. Has a lot of charging spaces for EV. But parking space is small. A Toyota 4 runner parked 2 spaces. The manager greets us at breakfast. ”

“Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide……

“Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.”

“Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.”
