"It was horrible, the rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty, water from both shower and faucet was not functioning properly. The toilet and tub as well as the shower curtain were filthy. I had to book two rooms due to 2 adults, twins and a 12 year old. The two adults had to help the babies…I was not satisfied with this hotel. The security doors were not locked."

"The stay was horrible they tried to force my family to stay and pay more days than was originally stated, paid for 1 day but management was trying to get me to pay seven not goid, then they put us in a toom infested with bed bugs, and some stink bugs all over the room, aldo it was cokd the heat didn't work, the front staff had attitudes and didn't act like they wanted my family to stay they also put us out on the street and didn't care that the weather was cold and windy, bad management especially employees Jakiya and Diamond at the front may Gid have mercy on them for the way they treat people. "

"After reading some of the other reviews, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an offering for breakfast, but it was just pastries, fresh fruit, and juice. I’m returning to Valpo would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"The Hilton was amazing. The parking was safe, and the entire hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and consistently checked to ensure our needs were met."
