“Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. Pictures from when it first opened or remodeled i would assume. Don't waste your money. There is nobody on site either to help. The manager redone quickly which……

“The stay at the cabin was nothing short of glorious! Karyl was so responsive, friendly, and accommodating of me as an 86 year old woman needing a bit more support than some. Karyl always responded to my questions with urgency, and the cottage was immaculate, comfortable, and well furnished. A perfect get away to spend time with my son. I strongly recommend staying at Karyl's cottage. ”

“I would like to preface this by saying we did violate the "no pets policy". I absolutely understand that means we needed to vacate the property but it was a horrible experience. Let me begin by saying the property is very creepy with all the plastic plants hanging literally everywhere. I went to shower and realized the prior tenants towels were still hanging on the towel rack and the used washcloths were still in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was no hand soap -- anywhere……
