“Great location on the beach. Broken light in the bathroom, a couple large roaches, and no stocked kitchen basics (coffee etc.) Check in was very complicated in an Uber. You have to go to the office first to get the address for the room.”

“Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once……

“The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it . ”

“We LOVE this property. Everything is within reach. The beach is gorgeous, the facilities are maintained, and it's in a great location. My family and I love walking around town. We spend most of our time at the property as there is little reason to leave. It is all right there. The condo is cozy and a perfect fit for 3-4. It definitely sleeps 6. The pull out bed is nice and the bunkbeds are big enough for teens. Jon and Katie have hosted my family for 3 years and we are looking forward to next……

“Room was very clean. Condo had everything you would need for a week stay . Condo was very well thought out for the space it never felt cramped. The chairs on the back patio are awesome for sitting and enjoying the great view of the ocean. Great location for everything in Hilton Head beach and Tennis. Close to a lot of restaurants on the island. A little confusion on the check out time but overall a great time. Would definitely like to stay again ”

“Host was very attentive. The place was as pictured on vrbo site. Had to get used to the unevnness of the floors due to age of building, lol. My only recommendation woul be to remove shower window curtain and put an opaque film on for privacy and a new shoer curtain liner.”
