「The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!」

「First time visiting HHI, great pool and location to the beach.」

「This condo has a great ocean view but the photos make the property look better than it is. The condo is in need of a very deep cleaning. The shower was gross and I was even told that it was inspected prior to us arriving so I am confused as to why it passed inspection. I did communicate this to the property manager.」

「LOVED this rental, it was clean, super cool temperature, spacious and very close to everything. The hosts had excellent communication and take very good care of the property. Will for sure rent again.」

「Very charming place in a great location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. The host was responsive and accommodating. Truly felt like a vacation thanks to this spot!」

「The room was spotless, clean and appeared to be recently upgraded. The access to the beach was great and the storage box full of beach toys for children that previous vacationers left for others to enjoy was a wonderful idea.」

「This place was very well kept and had a nice beachside theme. The host was very responsive and helpful. The host appears to be the owner and takes pride in her place. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The only downside I would say for my wife and I is the stairs, to the 3rd floor, as we are an older couple. Other than the stairs this place was very nice and would certainly go back」

「Thank you !!! We had a great vacation !」

「Great property right at the beach with an amazing view for taking in the sun rise or watching the ocean. Very relaxing just be prepared for the somewhat remote location which is a plus! If you’re looking for a retreat the kitchen is great or there are plenty of local options for island dining within a 10-20 minute golf cart ride.」

「Excellent place to stay. Wonderful communication with the host. Very easy to check in and check out. Access to the beach was quick and painless.Be aware- there is only one small elevator in the building and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor, not including ground floor. Carrying items up the stairs is a bit of a task.Awesome place to stay!!!」

「The property was beautiful, and the location was great! The only issue we had was the check in instructions were a bit confusing. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.」

「We have stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis many times in the past, but this is the most modern and cleanest condo we have stayed at. The blackout curtains are great for a dark sleeping environment and the king bed is amazing and comfortable. We had a few quick questions upon our arrival and Paul was exceptionally fast in his response time. We highly recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a great beach vacation.」

「This is a great property! We loved being in the historic district and having the ability to walk to North Beach to explore the lighthouse and dine at the bar & grill. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, with lots of extra towels stored under the bathroom sink. The cooking tools and place settings stocked in the kitchen were perfect for quick breakfasts and even 1 easy dinner. We enjoyed the pool and the rocking chairs on the porch. The only negative was the noise from the...

「Beautiful location perfect for a couple retreat! Beautiful views and nice deck to enjoy outdoor air! Comfortable king sized bed with nice window seat for unpacking. Older property with charming accommodations.」

「Thru no fault of anyone the weather was not good. But we still enjoyed our stay.」

「The apartment was beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. We were able to walk all around Savannah and never even used our cars. There is a bus stop right outside the door for the free bus that runs through Savannah, which we used once. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was much roomier and nicer than what we expected. The three beds were nice because there were three of us, so we each got our own bed. The parking was easy. Nights and weekends are free on Jones Street, which...

「We really enjoyed our recent stay at the condo! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions. The area was peaceful and quiet, and the view was beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return!」

「The condo was everything advertised and more. Hosts were quick to respond to any extra questions!」
