At Still Waters Cottage, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay, private beach access just a short walk downhill to sandy shores, cornhole, family games, a scavenger hunt, and rock painting for our Joy Rock Garden. Whether you're looking to unwind or make memories with the kids, this is the perfect spot.

This cozy and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lake home is tucked inside a quiet gated community on Lake Sam Rayburn, just minutes from Umphrey Pavilion. With 1,446 sq ft of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home features a wood-burning fireplace, an open layout, and lake views from the fully enclosed porch complete with outdoor seating, a fan, and string lights.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and pantry essentials. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom, a half bath, and two flex spaces—one with a futon, the other with kids’ games and activities for rainy-day fun. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience.

With several boat ramps nearby, local restaurants just a short drive away, and scenic hiking trails in Ebenezer Park at the entrance of the neighborhood, Still Waters is your peaceful escape for lake days, fishing, and unforgettable family moments.
