"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, staff said they’d call us when it was, we waited 2 1/2 hours and returned about 4:15pm still hadn’t received a call The room smelt terrible, do we opened all windows to get some fresh air in there. Asked for a room on the main floor but we’re given third floor the farthest around the back of the buildings Price of the room more than doubled from 2 weeks prior when we were last there. Will try another hotel next time"

"Stayed in room 237. Very spaciois end unit looking down main street with good view of mountains and sky tram. Clean room. Nice balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. Parking right below balcony. Definitely stay here again."

"We always love to go to Jasper park lodge. The service, the property itself and thw food, everything is amazing!! "

"There were a few mistakes made at the desk when we checked in, but they were quickly remedied. The room was decent, but in need of improvements. Furniture was badly marked and in need of refinishing and the chairs were not comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but the fitted sheet was too small for the king size mattress. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was pleasant. The soaps provided seemed to be watered down. Access to the air conditioner was difficult and was very close to the ceiling. Checkout was a bit of a nightmare, as the staff were not trained to deal with changes, and when they phoned for help, the manager was not helpful and it took much longer than necessary. Parking was convenient and the hotel is conveniently situated and in close proximity to a few dining choices. The view of the mountains is so beautiful and breathtaking."
