“The room is old and not very clean. The front desk staff is not friendly. Not matching the price. Not a good choice. In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. When you book a two queen beds room they told you that you have to pay extra $30 for changing to a pet friendly room. And a $25 pet clean fee also required. Not very reasonable. ”

“Easily accessible to Jasper- just a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip. Dining options can be closer (they have breakfast available for purchase). The lodge itself is older, but everything works well. No AC as advertised, but there is a fan provided and the air in the evening is cool when the window is open. Bonus that there’s a pool and hot tub available. Quick check in and check out. Great amenities for the price! ”

“Staff helpful and friendly. Comfy beds. But washroom heater needs updating and needs fan installed to circulate air. Bathroom has stale smell without fan. Good free laundry!”

“Really helpful friendly staff, lovely pool. Although marmot lodge does not have its own restaurant the restaurant at the sister hotel was very good and there are plenty of places to eat in town. Lots of well marked walks nearby and in the area ”

“The apartment was very comfortable for our party of four. The kitchen very well appointed and the beds comfortable, especially the pillows. Leanne allowed us to bring in two outside chairs to add to the single couch. We really enjoyed our stay in Jasper.”

“卫生间挺大，也干净，房间门口可以吃简单的欧式早餐。性价比还可以，女主人养了一只大狗，但狗一直被固定在院子里，所以很安全，但是满屋子都有狗味，房间好一些，公共区域比较重。我们最不满意的是床上用品，都是化纤的，睡起来不舒服”
