“We were looking for an outstanding home that was in a very quiet, private and peaceful setting. This home fit what we were looking for perfectly. We only had a couple of minor issues and the owner was quick to take care of those for us. One of the nicest things was when we were in the hot tub and thought we heard something below us. “We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country……

We did not meet our hosts but we could tell that they are really great by observing the care they took to make the cabin welcoming. So peaceful but also close to town, wineries, etc. The house is very clean and well maintained. It’s has everything that you need. “This was our second time in Blue Ridge and we loved it. The weather was perfect and chilly in the morning, the way we like it this time a year. We took supplies with us but the cabin was fully stocked to our surprise including the firewood. We had an awesome experience and we will book again next year.”

“Cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. Our lab really enjoyed swimming in the creek.Site was beautiful and peaceful. AT&T phone signal was nonexistent, but internet connection was good, and setting phone to wifi calling worked well. A storm-related loss of power resulted in loss of water as well as lights. Maybe plan to bring some bottled water and flashlights just in case!”
