Don’t look any further if you are staying in the Jau area this hotel is the best, new, clean, extremely friendly employees it made my business trip to Jau perfect. Has a nice patio and pool area to enjoy a beer or glass of wine while distressing from the days activities. Stay here you will NOT be disappointed.

Hotel bem estruturado, quarto amplo e café da manhã perfeito. Mas, quanto ao check-in, não posso dizer o mesmo. Chegamos por volta das 10h30 da manhã, como de costume, mesmo em feriados prolongados, sempre conseguimos acessar ao quarto dos hotéis em que nos hospedamos antes das 14h, nem que fosse para aguardar alguns minutos. Mas sempre havia um jeito. Desta vez não. A recepcionista que nos atendeu neste horário no dia 16 de fevereiro, não foi nada cordial não demonstrando interesse em nossa estadia. Tínhamos um compromisso em Barra Bonita, gostaríamos apenas de trocar de roupas e deixar nossos pertences, embora ela até tenha oferecido a ficar com nossas mochilas, mas nada além disso, enfatizando que o check-in seria apenas a partir das 14h. Sendo assim, não realizamos o check-in e seguimos para o nosso compromisso. Aparentemente o hotel não estava com sua lotação total, uma vez que ao reservar o quarto pelo Hotéis, isso durante a noite do dia 15/2, ainda haviam quartos disponíveis. Enfim. Não é pela “indisponibilidade” do quarto, mas da falta de cordialidade mesmo que pesou um tanto quanto.

Otimo custo beneficio.

Hotel muito bom, novo, limpo e confortável. Só sentimos falta de abrir a janela e ter uma vista livre (as janelas davam de frente para as janelas dos quartos dos outros blocos, então não dava para abrir a cortina). Acho que somente os quartos voltados para a piscina tinham vista livre. O isolamento acustico dos quartos não era muito bom. Dava para ouvir bastante barulho dos corredores, dos quartos e banheiros vizinhos, por isso tive um pouco de dificuldade para dormir na primeira noite. Embora o hotel seja um pouco afastado da cidade, a localização foi muito conveniente para irmos para Barra Bonita e para Brotas, pois já dava acesso facil à rodovia. Além disso, tinha um restaurante e o shopping de calçados bem ao lado. A piscina era aquecida e pudemos aproveitá-la depois de voltarmos do passeio, pois ela ficava aberta até as 21:00. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e cordiais. Recomendo o hotel, e ficaria lá novamente.
