Ferme-chalet de charme au coeur des alpages Suisses

Un lieu vraiment charmant, confortable, parfait pour qui cherche à vivre l'expérience des montagnes Suisses : les villages de chalets, les vaches avec les cloches, les ruisseaux et cascades, le gruyere à gogo, les rostis et fondues, et les nombreuses marches offrant des vues à couper le souffle. Piero nous a bien accueilli et conseillé sur les bons plans aux alentours. C'est un personnage haut en couleur, grand lecteur et fin observateur de l'actualité (et de l'avenir), nous laissant discrétion et indépendance, et c'était un plaisir de le retrouver sur la grande table partagée près du barbecue et de partager des moments conviviaux et riches, au soleil couchant (parceque oui, le chalet donne sur le coucher de soleil)

Peaceful alpine location

The top floor apartment is approx. 1km above Juan on a quiet road. Passing bikes and agricultural vehicles outnumber cars; the only real noise is the lovely chapel bell that chimes at 7, 12 and 19:00hrs each day... and the distant tinkling of cow bells. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. We particularly liked the large open plan main room with kitchen, breakfast area, dining area and living room. Thank you for the warm welcome and a lovely stay.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Schade war, dass die Wohnungstüre nicht zublieb, ohne dass sie abgeschlossen wurde. Der Fernseher war leider nicht in Betrieb zu bringen. In der Wohnung herrscht ein "Kabelsalat", welcher für Kinder gefährlich sein könnte. Wir haben die Ferien aber genossen!

Gute Atmosphäre und spitzen Laune in Jaun

Diese außerordentlich gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattete Dachgeschosswohnung in einem alten Bauernhof hat uns eine optimale und urige Atmosphäre für schöne Tage des Ausspannens geboten. Fein: Schwedischer Kaminofen , super-gemütliche Ledersofa-Ecke , riesiger Bücherbestand (> 1000 Bücher!!) und außergewöhnliches Equipment wie Brotbackmaschine, Käsefondue- sowie FleischFondue-set. Das hatten wir noch nie in dieser Form in vielen anderen Objekten. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung oft und gerne selbst vom sehr netten und unkomplizierten Vermieter genutzt wird. Garage und Strom für e-auto waren inklusive. Die gesamte Ausstattung und 6 Betten , davon 2 im Korridor und 2 in einem Kinderzimmer, erlauben auch größeren Familien super Tage. Musik-Maschine sollte man mitbringen. Der süße Balkon hat schon eine phänomenale Aussicht über das Tal und Jaun geboten. Die unzähligen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung ,zb Unzählige Wander- und Schneeschuh (Raquette-) Wege die direkt vor dem Haus verlaufen, sehr pittoreske (teils beleuchteten) Langlauf- und Skating Pisten in ca 500m Entfernung und Alpinski sowie Rodelpisten in der näheren Umgebung haben uns allerdings sehr beeindruckt! Das Abländschental darf als Geheimtipp für Naturliebhaber eingestuft werden! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Gemütliches Bauernhaus

Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Ideal für unseren Familienausflug. Unter dem Dach hausen Schwalben, folglich ist der kleine Balkon sehr schmutzig. Die Anzahl Schlafgelegenheiten sind zu wenig genau beschrieben in der Ausschreibung. Korrekt auch auf den Bildern ersichtlich sind das grosse Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Kinderbettchen drin. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelmatratzen, ohne Bettgestell, welche unter der Dachschräge keinen Platz hätten. Ungenau beschrieben sind Schlafplätze Nr. 5 und 6. Sie befinden sich im Eingangsraum, welcher offen ist zum Wohnzimmer hin. Auch hier nur Matratzen. Weil wir uns dieser Komforteinschränkung bewusst waren, war es trotzdem ganz ok auch für unsere 4 jungen erwachsenenen und offensichtlich bescheidenen Kindern. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Inakzeptabel

Die Wohnung liegt in schöner Umgebung und ist schön saniert. Leider entsprechen viele der auf der Webseite versprochenen Details nicht der Wahrheit und auch sonst gab es viele Enttäuschungen. Dies nicht nur bei uns, sondern bereits bei der Nutzung durch eine Freundin drei Monate zuvor. Also kein Einzelfall! - Die 6 Betten verteilen sich auf ein Elternschlafzimmer (2), ein minikleines weiteres Schlafzimmer (1) und einen Alkoven ohne Tür (2) und ein Babybett im Elternschlafzimmer. Die Schlafgelegenheiten im Alkoven und im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind Matratzen, die auf dem Boden liegen. - Der Balkon war durch Vogeldreck so schmutzig, dass er unbenutzbar war. Zudem war die Tür blockiert und man konnte gar nicht rausgehen. - A propos Dreck: Die Wohnung, namentlich Küche und Bad, war ekelerregend schmutzig. Leider gibts hier keine Möglichkeit, Fotos hochzuladen. Bei unserer Freundin wurde das mit "Putzfrau im Krankenhaus" begründet, drei Monate später war der Zustand aber immer noch derselbe. - Der Kamin ist vorhanden, das gelagerte Holz darf aber nicht genutzt werden (nicht mal gegen Bezahlung) - Das WiFi funktionierte unzuverlässig - Der Induktionsherd war kaum in Gang zu bringen. - Es gab weder Badewanne, noch Aufzug, noch Waschmaschine. - Läden sind ebenfalls weiter entfernt als beschrieben: 8 Minuten mit dem Auto, 25 Minuten zu Fuss. - Und ja, der versprochene Whirlpool und Pool beziehen sich wirklich auf Charmey (10 km entfernt) Alles in allem inakzeptabel. Dem Vermieter muss zugute gehalten werden, dass er immer erreichbar war und sich auch schnell auf einen 25% Preisabschlag einliess. Trotzdem werden wir sicher nicht wiederkommen.

Super erholsamer Familienwinterurlaub

Wir haben die erste Januarwoche in Pieros Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlt an nichts (bspw. ist für Raclette und Fondue alles vorhanden; eine Nespresso-Maschine gibts auch) und für die Kinder war die Umgebung am Bauernhof mit den 5 Katzen perfekt. Die Leute von der Skischule sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nur am Schnee hat es gemangelt, so dass nur 2 Pisten befahrbar waren. Die Region hat aber dennoch einige sehenswerte Ausflugsziele zu bieten: Thermalbad in Charmey (für Kinder allerdings nicht soo spannend), Schloss Gruyère, Städtchen Bulle um nur einige zu nennen... Kurzum ein Winterurlaub, der uns lange in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Gemütliche Fewo, optimal für Familienurlaub im Sommer und Winter. Super Käserei im Ort. Um Missverständnis zu vermeiden: anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, gehört zu der Wohnung kein Gemeinschaftspool, es gibt aber ein Thermalbad in Charmey.

Fantástica estancia

El apartamento es amplio y muy confortable, acogedor y hogareño. Se encuentra en un entorno campestre y tranquilo que resulta ideal para desconectar. Una gran experiencia.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage in Jaun.

Der ganzen Familie hat der Urlaub gefallen. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch sehr gut für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Es hat alles was man dazu braucht (Kinderbetten etc.).

Magnifique chalet, jolie station familiale, accueil charmant et généreux

Le chalet de Piero est plein de charme et de caractère. Cette très belle et ancienne bâtisse d'un autre âge réserve un intérieur design et ultra confortable, aménagé avec goût. Le domaine skiable de Jaun, modeste en taille, est en revanche très varié et implanté dans un site spectaculaire, au pied du massif des Gastlosen. Une piste de luge de près de 6 km en haut des remontées, des bains thermaux à 10mn en voiture... tout pour le bonheur des petits et des grands! Nous y avons (re) passé un beau séjour, merci Piero!
