“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”

“Todo estuvo muy bien. No tome desayuno alli.”

“Simply a wonderful and friendly hotel with excellent restaurant and even better cocktails. We’ll be back for sure.”

“I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.”

“The apartment is very comfortable and the private spa is fantastic ”

“The hotel is extremely well located literally in the train station. You can be out of your train and straight in the hotel in less than 3-5 minutes. Very clean and modern.”

“Neues modernes Hotel mit sehr sauberem Zimmer und sehr gutem Frühstück.”

“More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist in the morning was impolite and ignoring. In gernetal, an overpriced but outdated hotel with insufficient staff”

“We had a wonderful room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread fruits and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, choice of coffees, and eggs (which we did not try). Nice restaurant with excellent food although we only eat a simple cooked cheese meal the night we arrived. They also allowed us to check out late to fit with the timing of our train. Very friendly and professional.”

“Trovo assurdo il parcheggio a pagamento ed il fatto che le camere di un 4 stelle con ampie vetrate prive di schermature siano prive di raffrescamento”
