We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall.
Booked a premium room with mountain view for a 5 nights stay. While our room was on the mountain view side, we had a ground floor room with a view of three adjacent chalets and walkers passing our bedroom window on a wanderweg. Feel that Expedia customers receive lesser treatment than direct bookings. While the room was disappointing, the restaurant and staff were first class.
This place was amazing. Extremely clean, comfortable, and with amazing views. Also the cleanest pool and nicest spa we have ever seen. However, what really made this spectacular was the service. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, and eapecially the owner were all spectacular, and made us and our children feel welcome throughour our stay. If we ever go back to Saanen there is absolutely no way we would stay anywhere else. Thank you all so much!!
We Loved our stay at this hotel! From the minute, we walked in the front door until we walked out again the staff was super friendly, extremely helpful, and always available. This was a great location to get to Gstaad and incredibly picturesque. The breakfast, included in the price of our stay, was excellent. The beds are super hard so if you like firm mattresses, you’re in luck. We would go back in a heartbeat!
Beautiful property and views are amazing! Loved the breakfast here and the pool was very clean and nice! The only thing is that there are no air conditioners in the rooms so can be uncomfortable at night. If you keep the windows open then the bugs fly in. It would have been good to have screens on the windows. The pillows were not firm and was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. It definitely feels like 4 star but the staff will make you feel so welcome and accomodate your needs so well, at times you will feel yourself at a 5 star hotel. However, one thing that stuck out is, when I asked if we could use the spa after check out and was told the hotel is fully booked and they weren't comfortable with that. In the 2 days we spent in the hotel the spa was pretty empty so this kind of left a bad taste in our mouths, especially because all the hotels, both 4 and 5 star I have stayed in have allowed guests to continue using spa facilities after checking out. Anyways, the rest of our stay was so nice, and they are probably not obligated to allow us to use the spa, so we can only show understanding here.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the room was nice and well-maintained. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Natalie at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and efficient. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to access key attractions and amenities in the area.
However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from our stay. We found an insect in the room, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the room felt a bit tight, lacking the space we were expecting. Also, one staff member at breakfast was less accommodating.
Overall, while there were some highlights, there are areas that need improvement.
We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities this hotel has to offer. Quiet, wonderful views, beautiful wellness oasis, excellent cuisine, bus to the concert and, above all, very dedicated and friendly staff under the careful and very personal management of the director couple. We will be back.
Amaze place in stunning Saanen minutes from iconic Gstaad. The food, service and the rooms are all superb. The dining terrace views are wonderful. The owners both take enormous pride in their hotel and it shows. Can't go wrong staying here. We will be back.
Lovely hotel! Beautiful views, very charming room, delicious breakfast included, pool and sauna were incredible. Superb facility. 10/10 building. Could have stayed a lot longer. Will be back!
The staff was rude. This hotel feels more like a 2 to 2.5-star, not a 4-star. There was no tea maker or cups in the room, and when we asked for them, we were told they don’t provide those items in the rooms.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Terrible bed and pillows. Two twin beds combined together, worst sleep I’ve ever had.
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, spacious, woody, with clean lines, wood floors, nice bathroom, with terraces and beautiful views. it was somewhat disappointing that no body lotion or conditioner were provided, despite request.
The spa was great, beautiful sauna, with massaging jet pools but no bathrobes and slippers were provided to access it. Towels only.
The staff was pleasant but not helpful in that they did not have answers to any of our requests (such as hikes in the region) or effective (not able to provide body lotion, or bathrobes or communicate our disappointment to the manager).
The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, for food, vibe, service and setting.
Overall, nice hotel but missed opportunities.
