"After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. "Clean room, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Biggest issue for me was that the room was hot. Prior to booking I called holiday inn and they claimed that this hotel has A/C. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us they use some kind of green energy method for A/C and it would take 30 minutes to cool down. I set it to the coldest setting. The room never cooled down. Green method doesn’t work. If they had usable A/C I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Unfortunately we were too hot all night...
