2-family house "Albatros", 2 storeys, renovated in 2015. In the district of Rebaldi, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.5 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
5-room apartment 140 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Beste Lage

Wir waren jetzt zum siebten Mal in Javea und hatte nie eine bessere Lage. Ruhig gelegen und doch nah an allem wo man hin muss. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und der Pool hat die perfekte Temperatur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank an alle.
