You will stay in a spacious and bright 4-room villa with a total living area of 240 square meters spread across two levels. The villa features a very modern and luxurious furnishing style. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room provides direct access to the patio and swimming pool area. One of the bedrooms on this level is furnished with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and has an en-suite shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to the patio and swimming pool. The open kitchen is designed with a cooking island and comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
