Beautiful villa in a commanding location overlooking Javea. The view is incredible and the house location is nice and quiet but in striking distance of the Old Town and the Port. The house and pool are spotless. It has absolutely everything you need - a well equipped gym, three different living areas and superb bbq/outdoor kitchen . It is very spacious but still has a homely feel to it. Spectacular views. Just beautiful.

Casa Guapa est un lieu particulièrement agréable à vivre en famille, la vue est superbe et la conception est particulièrement fonctionnelle. La villa est très récente, moderne, à 5 mn du port en vélo (un conseil : vélo électrique pour la remontée du mont Putxol !).

Casa Guapa was a truly luxurious experience. Everything was well thought of and well equipped. The views were wonderful from every direction, to the mountains, the valley and the sea. We enjoyed walking to the charming old town every morning to get fresh bread as it was a very short walk from the villa. The port area is less than a five minute drive and it's bustling with restaurants and sea side tavernas. Javea had everything you can wish for in a sea side town. We found everything to be at a high standard. My wife, our three children and I were very grateful to have spent our holiday here. Nathi and Jorg were very pleasant to deal with and everything went without any hassle. It was a real pleasure.

Een modern huis met veel grote ramen, waardoor je overal in het huis een bijzonder uitzicht hebt. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en het contact met de eigenaren was erg prettig. Dichtbij centrum, supermarkt, strand en de haven van Javea. Een echte aanrader; wij komen hier zeker terug!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wirklich beeindruckendem Ausblick und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Komplett ausgestattet: es fehlt an nichts! Geschirr und Besteck würden auch eine größere Familienfeier bewältigen. Alles ist neu, funktioniert und beispielhaft sauber. Wer Javea kennt, weiß die perfekte Lage zwischen Strand, Altstadt und Montgo zu schätzen, die überdies die längstmögliche Sonnenausbeute zulässt. Die von den Bildern vermittelten Eindrücke und unsere damit verbundenen Erwartungen wurden vollumfänglich erfüllt. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr sympathische und maximal entspannte Art, in der die Vermieter mit uns kommunizierten. Für uns die perfekten Weihnachtsferien! Jochen S.

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche in der Casa Guapa verbracht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war total nett und unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr spät gelandet und bei unserer Ankunft war es dunkel. Wir fuhren einen Hügel hinauf durch eine Villengegend. Dank der guten Wegbeschreibung und der sehr gut beleuchteten Aussenalage der Casa, haben wir den Weg zum Haus problemlos gefunden. Alles war vorbereitet und wir konnten uns sofort wohlfühlen. Die schöne Beleuchtung des Anwesens und besonders des Pools sorgte abends generell für eine extrem behagliche Stimmung. Am ersten Morgen waren wir überwältigt von dem Blick auf die Bucht von Javea und das Meer. Den genießt man übrigens auch im unteren Stockwerk dank der großen Glasfronten und auf der Terrasse. Aus dem Esszimmerbereich schaut man abends auf eine beleuchtete Kapelle - total stimmungsvoll. Besonders unsere Kinder haben den Infinity Pool geliebt! Praktisch: Im Garten gibt es direkt eine Dusche mit Warmwasser. Selbst Anfang November hatten wir noch Poolwetter. Abends reichte auf der Terrasse ein leichter Pulli. Die Casa ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Nach Javea kann man laufen. Strandzugänge und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Der Anstieg auf dem Rückweg ist dann eher sportlich. Die erhabene Lage und der tolle Blick haben eben ihren Preis. Javea ist eine wunderschöne alte Stadt mit netten Restaurants. Diese findet man aber auch in großer Zahl an der Strandpromenade. Uns hat besonders ein Restaurant im "Ibiza Style" am Hafen gefallen. Das Cala Bandida. Mega kinderfreundlich. Auf der Terasse sitzt man direkt über dem Meer. Am Hafen gibt es aber auch die Möglichkeit, fangfrischen Fisch zu kaufen. Den haben wir dann abends auf dem neuen Gasgrill der Casa zubereitet und auf der Terasse bei einem schönen Glas Wein genossen. Das war immer so schön, dass wir, trotz zahlreicher Möglichkeiten,nur einmal zum Essen auswärts waren. Den "Ibiza Style" findet man genauso auch in der Casa. In Kombination mit der sehr hochwertigen modernen Einrichtung genial.Die Bilder ermöglichen schon einen guten Eindruck, werden aber der Großzügigkeit des Hauses nicht gerecht. Die muss man erleben. Unser Fazit: ein großartiger Urlaub in einem großartigen Haus! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, denn in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel zu entdecken. Ein Tagesausflug aus dem nahe gelegenen Denia nach Ibiza steht bei den Kindern ganz oben auf der Liste, ich möchte unbedingt auch noch einen Ausflug nach Valencia machen!
