The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an exit to another terrace from which the common areas are directly accessed. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.

The establishment is located just 5 minutes walking from the Arenal area where the only sandy beach of Jávea "Playa del Arenal" is located, and all services, such as beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar I", with bathing areas and the seafront promenade that reaches the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.
