Located in one of the best places in the Mediterranean.

Location, location, location…… From opening the front door you will be immediately blown away by the view greeting you. From that point on, it’s difficult to pull yourself away from the villa and the stunning scenery all enjoyed from the comfort of your sofa with a drink in hand. Maria Teresa was a delight to deal with, communications were clear and immediate and helpful at all points. Already planning our next visit!!

Unbeatable Location

What a stunning view from this property! It was suited our family of four adults perfectly. Maria Teresa was contactable via the Vrbo app for any queries. It was peaceful and private - we didn't want to leave! The property is 'rustic style' and some of the outside areas could do with a bit of maintenance, but that did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. It's worth noting that the bedroom photos are not quite accurate - all bedrooms contain double beds, there is not one with 2 singles (though to be fair the written description IS accurate). The kitchen is small but functional - a table-top dishwasher is provided but we mostly ate out anyway. There are ample pots, pans etc. There is a washing machine which we made use of. There are an abundance of ornaments and pictures everywhere! We loved the outside space with several 'sittting out' areas and 2 outside dining areas as well as one inside. In short, if you like traditional-style with a fantastic front line sea view, this villa will suit you fine.

Le meilleur emplacement pour des vacances à Javea

Située à mi chemin entre la cala blanca et l'arenal, cette maison a l'emplacement idéal pour profiter à fond de Javea et ses alentours. La vue est mangnifique, la maison est calme. Un portillon donne directement sur les rochers ou vous pouvez vous jeter à la mer. Tout est réuni pour de vraies vacances dans cette maison.

Slechtste vakantie ooit

Dit is een zeer oude villa. Helaas hadden wij zeer slecht weer wat resulteerde in vele lekkages in het huis. Vooral de keuken was dagelijks een zwembad. In de huiskamer op 2 plaatsen kleine lekkages. In de slaapkamer 2 lekkages waarvan 1 gevaarlijk omdat de regen over de elektra liep. Ook het grote raam(enkel glas) zit los in de sponning wat met deze wind angst voor breuk gaf. De wind vanuit zee stond er recht op. Het scherm dat je voor het raam neer moest kunnen laten werkte niet. Wij zijn van ellende voor 3 nachten naar een hotel geweest om alle nattigheid te ontlopen. Wat de eigenaar te bieden had was een appartement. Maar een appartement voor de prijs van een villa hebben we niet geaccepteerd. Al met al zal het met mooi weer wel acceptabel zijn maar met slecht weer...... Kortom voor ons NOOIT meer

Einfach wunderbar...

Insgesamt eine Woche waren wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 800 Meter vom Ortskern mit Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Geht man die gleiche Strecke in entgegengesetzte Richtung findet man ruhige Buchten. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet und auch in der Küche ist alles von Besteck bis Kochgeschirr mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Bäder sind neu. Der Pool war sauber und mit Tiefgang, was das Schwimmen auch für Erwachsene reizvoll machte. Letztlich mit dem Meer direkt vor der Nase haben wir ihn aber nur selten genutzt. Der Einstieg vor dem Haus ist steinig und Badeschuhe sind gefordert. Es lässt sich dort wunderbar schnorcheln und es gibt einiges zu entdecken. Teresa ist eine klasse Vermieterin, die selbst zu später Stunde immer sofort erreichbar war, schnell reagierte und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise war sie immer herzlich und freundlich. Alles in allem gibt es nichts an diesem Urlaub auszusetzen. Außer vielleicht, dass die Zeit zu kurz war... ;)
