Mary & Kevin are the most friendly, hospitable hosts, ready to answer any questions, give recommendations of things to do, places to eat. “I went with my whole family for a quick weekend trip to Lake Placid and this place was wonderful. Easy access to everything, including shops, dining, Olympic Museum, and Main Street. Vadim was a wonderful host and communicated with us through the whole trip. The property was clean and comforting. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful spot in Lake Placid/Mirror Lake.”

“Absolutely beautiful house. I was very impressed with the new appliances, thick towels, cleanliness, comfortable bed (including pull out couch). The views from the windows are beautiful. The over abundance of towels was wonderful. The decor of the house is exactly how I want to style my house. I will for sure be choosing a Lina. property the next time I am in New York!”

“The property was clean and comfortable even with three dogs and 8 people. Close to downtown to enjoy amenities, restaurants, and shops. Although it rained more than normal we were able to take advantage of breaks in the weather every day.”

“The owner was very communicative and responsive and replaced the broken coffeemaker within a few hours of us notifying him about it. Otherwise, the wi-fi, Smart TV, heating, off-street parking, ample paper products, and well-equipped kitchen were just as advertised. It's a great location to walk to Main Street in minutes. The street traffic was a bit more noticeable at certain times due to solar eclipse visitors but not a big issue. As the previous reviewer noted, this spacious and clean studio……

“The owner provided clear instructions for check-in and the property was as described in the listing. The combination living room/kitchen/dining area was plenty spacious for the four guests on our trip and had everything we needed. The apartment was also a very short walk to a few different restaurants and diners as well as the Lake Placid Pub. I would stay here again.”

“Clean, close to all the towns we needed to get to for a family ancestors research quest. Also discovered Steven Kellogg, and Inez Milholland. Use the ADK Museum in Elizabethtown to do that. Hiked one peak. Need to come back to do more of that and fly fish the Ausable. The tv is not an activity for this place.”

“Great, updated condo. Outside of building leaves much to be desired, but the updates and amenities were en point. Don’t be deterred. Warm, welcoming and perfect for our ski weekend.”

“Perfect spot to come back to after a couple days of banging out high peaks. I felt right at home in this cozy cabin, a much needed respite after a summer of fieldwork. Super clean, and a great option for solo travelers or couples looking for a couple days away from the grind.”

“The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed, plus was in a great location for hiking some high peaks. Rick was also always available to answer any questions we had. One note is there is no cell service at the cabin but as long as your phone has WiFi calling you are good to go”
