“The issue is with the carpeting in the hallways. They smell like mold and also like marijuana smell. The room smells good but when you open the door, the bat smells come in the staff is very friendly, excellent and courteous,”

“I was happy until at 12:30 am I was awakened by loud music screaming from people below o windows. I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. This went on for over 30 minutes. I would never come back to this property. ”

“They have been remolding for a year. The room had 1 chair ask for another none available. Flooring not finished. Air condition was noisy. The bath room had no area for make up etc.. the bed was nice( was just replaced). Breakfast was ok. Prefer yogurt individual not from a machine. Overall ok but should complete the rooms before offering them to customers.”

“I always appreciate to start a review with a compliment, so, I did very much enjoy the comfort of a Good mattress! And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but……

“The lobby was in such terrible shape, we asked to see the room. We forfeited our payment as the room smelled musty; there was exposed plumbing in the bathroom, carpet was very old, water spotted ceiling in the room and the lobby. Shouldn't be listed on Expedia. Reviews/ratings did not accurately reflect the status of the motel. ”

“Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.”

“If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine. ”
