"Overall we had a wonderful time. A few things were in poor condition. Basement stools, dishwasher, upstairs pullout not functional. Ice around hot tub very unsafe and slippery. As well as at the bottom of the stairs. We were able to work around these things without interfering with our stay. But as a paying customer, these issues should have been addressed"

"The Jay house was fantastic!!! Fit our family perfectly. The hosts made sure their guests were welcomed in every way. The house was very clean and provided adequate towels and amenities for its guests. The hosts were also readily available with any questions that arose. The back view of the property was beautiful, especially if you're lucky enough to be there during a snowstorm. There is a Bluetooth music sound system that can be played throughout the house, an added bonus while cooking in the open kitchen! So close to Whiteface and Lake Placid. Will definitely be staying at the Jay house in the future! "
