“Room is a good size and very clean. Staff was nice but there was little interaction unless you ask something. We came in on a rainy day and the hotel offered to assist with our luggage from the parking lot they partner with. We ended up being dropped off by our private driver right by the Library. “I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before.
