"My family and I came for a quick visit and ended up having to extend our stay for about a week waiting for I29 to be opened past St. Jo, MO during the christmas season of 25. I cannot remember her name but the ladies who manage the front desk were very wonderful. Our rooms were fresh and clean and all the staff would greet us as we walked through to leave. The customer service was 5 star every interaction and we had many from my needing to extend to looking for places to eat and they even were able to guide me to find dinner, whether the stores were open or not and they checked on us when we would leave to see family. Our room, my bed, the breakfasts, the hot cocoa and candy canes....this was only my 2nd stay in your chain and I love it. Thank you so much to Lawrence ks Springhill Suites. It felt like staying with family. "
