「Perfect spot for a weekend trip for a concert.Everything was straight forward, nothing confusing. Didn’t use much as we only stayed for 2 nights, but worth it for the price!」

「Nice quiet neighborhood, 10 mins from Franciscan University. American foursquare turned into an up down duplex in the '60'sOnly issue is that they carpeted everywhere, including the bathroom and kitchen, which must be hard to clean for. short term rental.would stay again.」

「Overall we were disappointed with our stay. The Cabin was extremely small and not suitable for the amount of people allowed to stay. The couch downstairs is a futon and not a Queen pull out as advertised. The shower was extremely unclean as well. 」

「The host is AMAZING. Never a time she didn’t answer when I had a question. Parking was great. It’s street parking but we never had an issue having a spot. The only thing I had an issue with is I would have loved a deadbolt on the main door for while we were sleeping. The automatic lock and pin pad on the door were nice but I could not figure out if it was locked on the outside or not. If you turn the knob on the inside it automatically unlocks so I never knew if it was locked on the outside and...

「Having grown up in this area, I was pleasantly surprised to find this rental. Booking was easy, and the host responded to messages in a timely manner. My family and I came back to the area to attend a family wedding; we were very happy with this rental. It is spacious, well cared for, and very cozy! Judy is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book this location again for future visits, and have already referred family to this location as well. 」
