“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so……

“Great location for a quiet Christmas. Definitely needs a little love and care - many lights did not work and the dvd player was broken. The complimentary s’mores were fun! This stay was such a relief after a nightmare rental in Astoria (unrelated). "Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. "
