「This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

「The host was welcoming and proactive about providing us with check-in and check-out information ahead of time, which made the process a breeze. The stay was only for a night, but it was a beautiful home and was clean and tidy. This was for a work trip and was amazing value for money because everyone was able to have their own room and bed. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and pool access were incredibly nice to have, as well. This was a wonderful place to stay and would gladly stay again...
