“Everything was great. The only issue is the furnace didn’t work all the time during the last two days. ”

“It’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for the privacy of a BNB. Very spacious and comfortable. Centrally located. We were able to hear people coming in and out of the neighboring apartments from the living room however it wasn’t very frequent. All and all I would recommend.”

Occasional rain showers during our downtime interfering with the use of it. Hiking in the morning and attending Concerts at Red Rocks in the evening. Would consider renting again!”

“Location was perfect for us, close to highway for easy on/off, Whole Foods, and off the more touristy in town beaten path of Golden proper. So it was very quiet, easy off street parking and plenty of walking trails just outside the door.”
