「Such a perfect area for all of what we had planned for our little getaway to Colorado. The Condo was extremely clean and well furnished with everything we could possibly need. It’s close to downtown and a hop, skip, and a jump to the Red Rocks Amphitheater. We didn’t need to bring or buy anything. The communication Stefan was excellent.when we come back Golden, we will definitely stay here again!」

「We were surprised by the location being above a business, but it was pristine and quiet. Inside was decorated so cute. My favorite were all the music quotes around the place. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Extra Bedding and towels were nicely stored and organized in plastic bins, which made it easy to find. There were grocery stores nearby and not too far from downtown Golden or Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

「Conveniently located near family we were visiting. Plenty of room. Very well stocked with everything we needed, including a pack and play for our baby grandson! Would be a great location if traveling with a dog, we were not.」

「I musta say the pictures do not correspond to the apartment, however the apartment looked better than the pictures. I t was very clean and comfortable. If anything, I would recommend to add a couple pots and pans, since it has a beautiful (very clean) kitchen with an electric stove that cannot be used unless you buy (or bring, which will not happen) your own pans. Otherwise, it is a beautiful apartment with everything you might need to be comfortable.」

「Great place! We stayed 3 days for the Metallica concert. The bedrooms stay nice and cool during the summer. It is clean and a good neighborhood. We enjoyed it thoroughly, felt almost like home. 」

「My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. We also did a concert at Red Rocks which was only a 20 minute drive, so the location all around is advantageous. Check in/check out instructions were well communicated. I would highly...

「Finding the right outside door to the residential suites took a minute, but once we arrived to the unit, all was well! Jay kindly had some snacks there for us, cold filtered water in the fridge, and even a small welcome sign. The kitchen was well appointed, we enjoyed delicious fresh ground coffee each morning, and while we didn't cook- there were many herbs and spices for use if one chose to do so!」

「Spent a few days celebrating my mom’s 80th and this location was perfection for the weekend away we wanted to spend. Perfect location, great views and comfortable everything. Highly recommend for a time spent exploring Golden and all the area has to offer. 」
