“This was truly a delight for me and my family! We were in contact with the hosts from the start. There were Christmas decorations and treats/groceries for breakfast so we didn't have to go back out after a long drive. The Grove guest house was lovely and cozy and perfect for a Christmas away from home. A dip in the hot tub on a cold, snowy night will be a great memory for us all. I highly recommend.”

“This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. If you plan to use the hot tub, you may want to check and increase the temp. Wife and I went in first night there and was like warm. It was set at 90. Am that’s……

“The Host was wonderful. Responded quickly to questions before we got there. The place was BEAUTIFUL! We hosted a get together dinner for my son, his wife and her family with our family. There was plenty of room, the kitchen perfect for preparing a Ham dinner. We had 11 people there. Christmas morning, my daughter and I sat on the porch, ate breakfast and read. The beds very comfy, and the views of the Potomac as well as the walking trail inviting. I would go back.”
