“Was not very clean upon arrival. Hair on bed sheets and bath mat. Floor was dirty with white dog hair and glitter. Load of wet towels left in the washing machine and large cobweb in hallway upstairs outside the bathroom. Nice yard for the dog but not very clean. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage. The house was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed during our 2 night stay. We loved the historic features in the house and the thoughtful modern remodeling that has also been completed. Being within walking distance to delicious restaurants and coffee shops was an added bonus. We particularly enjoyed dining at The Humble Tomato and Del Sol. The Wild Bean for coffee and breakfast was also a big hit with my family.”

“Rose River Cottage is a gem! The outdoor spaces are so nice and the fenced in yard was a treat for our pup that you don’t find at many properties. Beth is a great host; she promptly responded to all questions and really wanted to be sure we had all the comforts and amenities we wanted or needed. We visited the area with the purpose of going to New River Gorge National Park. The drive there from the cottage was beautiful not too far with several nice waterfalls along the way.
