“First, the place itself is amazing! Huge house, with plenty of room for our large family. Very well maintained with lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Laura made us feel right at home, ensuring that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. Very convenient location to food, hiking, stores, and even snow tubing (maybe 300 yards away). “My sisters and I loved the home as we grew up in a large old home. The place is lovely.The negatives are the shower in the tub and the back entrance into the house. Should be a step with a railing or enter through the front. The front porch is great.The other issue is someone should check the house after it’s cleaned.Overall we enjoyed the home and would rent it again ”

It's conveniently located - however even though it's only 1 mile to the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, it's a long walk due to the hills in this area. The house is well-equipped - we brought food to cook in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating in, playing games, and watching football. Highly recommend this house! ”
