"Was very clean. Owners communication with us was excellent. It was wonderful that he had all the drawers labeled in the kitchen. Hot tub and back porch was very well maintained. They had cornhole and lots of games for us to play with. Beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were very soft. Plenty of towels for us to use. It was also wonderful to have so many food places and things to do close by. The place made it perfect for birthday celebrations and other activities we did. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Artsy Arvada Cottage. The house and the guest house fit our family perfectly. We had 9 people getting ready for a wedding, so It was so helpful to have 5 bathrooms. The check-in and checkout process was a breeze, and the host had GREAT communication. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "

"Perfect location for my daughter’s wedding between her home and venue and rehearsal. Kitchen was perfect and had a lot of amenities. The microwave didn’t work and the basement probably could use some fixing up but overall for what we were there for was perfect and I would stay there again with my family and their spouses. "
