Great location for us

We had stayed here several years ago.We enjoy the close location to the river.And the nice rear porches. The driveway was a little steep, but it did not bother us.Great place to get away.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

We loved everything about this place. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and the Mountain View’s were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the deck. Cabin was great and well appointed. Perfect area for what we wanted to do. Having a fenced area for the dog was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a doggie dog world!!

Very nice property! We did not have dogs with us, but it looks like a nice place for dogs since they have the dog run outside. very pleasant stay and close to some cool things like the state park and the New River kayak and tubing outfitters.

Christmas mini vacation

Everything was very nice and clean. But it was so far out from everything. And the master bedroom didn't have a TV☹️ but over all it was very nice and comfortable!💖 I definitely want to go back in the spring or fall!!!

Family Christmas Tree Vacation

Definitely loved our home away from home to get our Christmas tree at Frostys in Jefferson. Only complaint was not enough Kleenex’s on each floor and definitely not enough lights outside. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Coming back to this one.

Heat and air

Seems to be issues with the up and downstairs thermostat. Comfortable upstairs and freezing downstairs. Nice place other than that. Talk to the stay blue ridge folks they seemed not to want send anybody out to look at.

Better than expected

This was the perfect getaway. We were looking for peace & quiet, and privacy. I was a little concerned to hear it was in a neighborhood & not isolated, but I didn't need to be. It's a very quiet, gated community and the other cabins are not on top of you. Very quiet! The only noise we heard was the occasional sounds of people enjoying the river below during the day. The cabin was clean and spacious. There was an issue with the TV not working, but management had it replaced a day later. The accommodation for dogs was unbelievable! The fenced in yard was something I never thought I'd see in a cabin and was SO appreciated when taking the dogs out during the night! The separate kennel room was a great "safe space" to keep them when we needed to leave them unattended. The views off the back porch are wonderful, from the hot tub they're even better! Loved it and highly recommend it!

We’re amazing got here. The house is super cozy, and the manager so friendly. We have a good time. Just make sure you have all the equipment in case of a snowstorm.

Great for the fam and for the family dog!

We gathered for a family weekend to have some time together before my daughter left for graduate school abroad. The house was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults, and great for traveling with a dog.

Everything we wanted!

This place was just perfect! Everything was exactly what we wanted and needed. Great location - easy jumping off points for lots of different fun activities. Plenty of room to spread out. The back deck was a lovely place to relax. And my kids LOVED all the doggie decor :)

Great dog friendly vacation home

Great getaway home! Plenty of room to spread out! There is one nice large kitchen table (not 2 dining tables as the description says) that we sat 8 around comfortably. My kids loved the fishing pond and even used tubes to “swim “. My 15 yr old caught her first fish (and released it) the hot tub is perfect and in a screened in porch which is great at night!!!! The views are nice but you don’t see or hear the river (you can easily get on the river to canoe/tube 5 min drive). My dogs loved the house and having a fenced in yard was wonderful!!!! We took a short walk up the street and picked wild blackberries, saw a family of skunks, deer and plenty of birds! One thing you should know is there is no trash pick up so bring larger trash bags so you can transport to trash center. All in all very nice home in a nice county town!

Our family stayed a week on this beautiful property! Views of the mountains from the porch are gorgeous! Great place to enjoy morning coffee taking it in. Plenty of room for us all. Easy drive to West Jefferson and Boone. Hiked, floated on the river. A great time was had by all
