Nice cabin close to town!! Owner’s were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating. Already planning to book again for our next stay. Everyone in town was super nice and friendly.

This cottage was a great location relative to things in town and really enjoyed the little kitchen, nice bath area and the bed was perfect too. I would recommend giving the French Cottages a try. Very relaxing and convenient.

We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Privacy was our biggest search and we found it here. It comes with everything you need and so close to everything. The host was easy to reach for questions and even booked an extra night because we were enjoying outselves so much.

French Charm

My husband and I stayed at the Marseilles at the French Cottages in Jefferson. It was such a charming little cottage. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, clean, close to downtown Jefferson, and very comfortable. We saw deer and many of our favorite birds. I highly recommend!

Very cute cottage with all the amenities. Jefferson is small enough that it was nice to be a little remote from the downtown area, with still very easy access to everything - just a short ride away. We also enjoyed tooling around town on the bikes provided and well kept by the establishment. A great way to enjoy the architecture of the town.

Great little cottage!

We took a quick trip to Jefferson to enjoy the antique shops. This cottage was super close to everything and very cute! My only complaint was the hot water didn’t get very hot. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Bonus points for the sweet cat named Amy roaming the property outside. :)

Wonderful time in Jefferson!! East TX is beautiful and steeped in history!

The French Cottage is adorable, very comfortable and nicely appointed! Awesome, responsive host! Note: MY BAD we didn’t research hours for the antique shops, boutiques and restaurants, and it never occurred to me that many are closed on Mondays. Oops, guess we have to go back!!!!

Fantastic Experience

From the first correspondence from the landlord to the last, the process was flawless. But when we saw the actual cottage both inside and out we were very impressed. The pictures do not do justice to the cleanliness, comfort, and ambience this cottage has. We will definitely be back and ask for this specific one.

Charming Cottage

The Marseille cottage was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Another perk is its ideal location to the shops and restaurants in Jefferson. We will definitely be back in the near future!
