“just the right size for 2 people , plenty of room and host are remarkable”

“Excellent working farm in the rolling countryside of Kentucky. Host was so kind. Treated us to some of their produce straight from their garden. Gave us a tour of their working fiber mill on the farm that uses their own wool from their sheep and lamas. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall just a quiet restful place to take a step back in time. Looking forward to visiting again in the future”

“Literally, this short term rental is two doors down from the heart of it all! I was in Mt. Sterling for a state tourism meeting at the Gateway Regional Arts Center and it was the perfect location. While I was at my 9 to 5, I knew I would be coming back to Dolly Parton heaven at night! While traveling thru Mt. Sterling, I expected a great experience at the Dolly but it was above expectations. The communication was as clear as Dolly’s message to Jolene, the cleanliness was as pristine as a Coat of……

“Nice, clean place. Comfortable and private. It was a little out of the way from Red River Gorge - about 25 minute drive. It was great for the three of us, not sure I’d want to try and add a 4th. The kids loved the pac man game!!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home to visit with family and attend Court Days. The house was great for seven of us, lots of room. The only issue we had was the falling black walnuts all over the driveway and steps. We had to park the cars out of the way so not under the falling black walnuts to prevent damage. The grounds looked great, but we had rain all weekend so could not enjoy the firepit. Thanks for a great KY weekend!”

“We enjoyed our stay. We came down for breyerfest for my daughter at the Kentucky horse park and the cottage is remote and does not have cellphone service which I am Not crazy about for emergency reasons but you can expect that out in the country. Very clean and pool was great! Might want to bring a Roku stick if you want to watch something other than a local Channel. It accommodated our family very well! The farm helper offered for us to pick blackberries and even brought the grill over for us……

“2nd time staying in 2 years. Rooms have been updated/remodeled since last visit. Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Only flaws ste the bed "creeks" when you move, and the shower faucet is on the opposite settings. ”
