"Our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Beds un-made and dirty, dirty towels on the floor. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t shut so the wind whistled through loudly. Contacted manager who arranged a different room, which wasn’t quite as nice as the room we had “booked” but was fresher. The bathrooms smelt like sewerage after 24hrs and made us feel quite sick.
