“It is an older property that has had some recent upgrades. The price was right for it's condition and location. A lovely park was across the street and it was about 3/4 of a mile to the small downtown district. Leslie was quick to respond to questions. As a lover of terrazzo, hopefully one day they can have them repaired and polished. The top lock to the front door was missing a key.
