Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time.

The room at the sandpiper beach villa was nice with a wonderful view. Enjoyed our stay. Noticed there was an inventory of kitchen items inside of one of the cabinets. A number of items on the inventory were missing from the unit. . I gave list of missing items to the desk clerk at main facility the next morning. As it was just 2 of us, we could make do and cleaned items as needed. I just want to be sure we are not charged for any items that were missing.
