This penthouse condo is located on the 8th floor. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom overlooking the breathtaking Ocean front of the Atlantic Ocean and has million dollar views from the balcony. The large master bedroom also has the ocean views while the second bedroom overlooks the intercostal. This condo is fully furnished with new modern furniture and fully renovated kitchen with new appliances and an amazing quartz countertop and backsplash. The unit has
(3) 55 inch TV's with 4k, wireless internet connection. The master bedroom has new furniture with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 new full sized beds. The new sofa sleeper is a queen size bed sleeping 2.

Sand Dollar Shores is a gated community that boasts 2 heated pools, tennis court, sauna, gym, and many other amenities. The community is quiet and located away from the busier stacked condo area. Great area for taking long walks and enjoying peace and quiet.

Brandi, the host was very welcoming! Great amenities, good bed! One thing: the vibrations through the wall of the AC units that are installed on the roof probably.... They are looking into that now. Also we found the coach not comfortable, too deep.... But that is personal Overall a good stay!!!

Beautiful ocean front condo.

We had a lovely stay. The view of the ocean is fantastic! We loved taking long walks along the beach. The community offered many activities. The condo was very clean, quiet and well kept up. The owners are friendly and conscientious. They return calls promptly. We highly recommend this property!

Most Amazing Paradise Away From Home!

This is an amazing condo with the perfect location! We have stayed in multiple places along the East and West coast and Jensen Beach is our favorite. The beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. The water is stunning blue! You can’t beat the sounds of the waves crashing. The grounds of Sand Dollar Shores are immaculate! The residents are very friendly and helpful, we made friends with many.This condo is very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and updated. It offers amazing views of the ocean from the living room area and master bedroom. The private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Wonderful amenities include wi-fi, cable, elevator access, tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, pickle ball, outdoors heated pools, fitness center and private beach access. Linens, beach chairs/umbrella and kitchen necessities all provided. Host Brandy and Fernando are truly wonderful! They are very responsive, accommodating, kind, and made the process so easy and smooth! A 5 star experience all the way! Our perfect home away from home! We have made the most wonderful memories here and hope to return soon to make many more!

Beautiful Condo!!

Beautiful, as advertised Penthouse Condo!! This has been the perfect home away from home for us for the past few months. The condo is very clean, the kitchen was totally updated with all newer appliances and very well equipped. The view of the ocean on the balcony was AMAZING!! We had the sunrises in the morning on the ocean and out our back we had the sunsets from the Intracoastal. Brandi and Fernando were great and very fast at answering any questions and providing helpful tips about the area. They also, had beach chairs, towels, and coolers for our use. To sum it up we had a fabulous stay!!

Wonderful Condo Beach-front - Hutchinson Is. Sunrise and Sunset views incredible

Newly renovated - immaculate - all new top-grade appliances Fully equipped with many extras. Owners really thought of everything and were wonderful to work with. Hutchinson Island so beautiful, unspoiled and peaceful. No traffic or large shopping malls. Sand Dollar Shores is a very well-run community - people are very friendly and helpful and property is well maintained. Everything really exceeded our expectations, and we hope to be able to go back.

Beautifully decorated ocean front condo

It was a real pleasure to be in this newly updated condo! We enjoyed all the beautiful new furniture and appliances— everything we needed was provided! There were beach chairs, a cooler and several beach towels. Both bedrooms and the living room had new large TV’s. The kitchen appliances were top notch. The people staying at Sand Dollar Shores were so friendly, and the complex had planned activities nearly every day. There were two pools, neither being crowded. Probably the best was the great ocean view from the balcony 24/7— we never got tired of it! ,
