“Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile.
One was not in uniform.
I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account.
The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse.”
