Beautiful 2 bedroom 90m2 apartment with free underground parking in the building, in the luxurious residence of the hotel "Leonardo Boutique", is located in the heart of Jerusalem and has breathtaking views of the Temple Mount. The building has a 24-hour security guard, a lobby, parking, 2 bathrooms Wifi, TV, Netflix, dishes, washing / drying machine, dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso ironing board ...

The Space:
Welcome to this central and brand new apartment situated in the Haneviim Court complex. The apartment spans approximately 90 square meters.

The space is equipped with modern amenities including an Apple TV and cable channels for your entertainment needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, and a spacious refrigerator.

The parental bedroom offers ample space and comes with an en suite bathroom for added convenience.

The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed with the option to add an additional bed if needed.

The second bathroom is complete with a bathtub, toilet, and laundry facilities.

Step out onto the beautiful terrace and take in the stunning views.

Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy a Suka built by the building.

For those observing Shabbat, the building is Shabbat-friendly, featuring a Shabbatical elevator for your convenience.

The entire property is dedicated to travelers, complete with an underground parking space within the building. An elevator will conveniently transport you directly to the door of your apartment

The apartment is located in Jerusalem Center (53 km from the airport). Monbaz Street, which is between Haneviim Street and Yafo Street, is in the heart of the cultural and historical district of Nachalat Shiva which is home to many charming alleys and close to 45 major historical and architectural sites, art galleries and museums ... Also known for its modern side of the city, you'll find fabulous restaurants, nightlife, shopping and trendy cafes / bars. Downtown Jerusalem is a great choice if you want to be in the heart of the action and close to all the major sites, including the Old Town, Mahane Yehuda Market and the famous Mamilla shopping avenue.

You will find everything you need right on your doorstep and it is easy to go everywhere while walking in this lively area. This is an excellent choice for those seeking a little more action in an ideal place.

Note: The apartment is not located in Mea Shearim area so you can take out the Shabat quietly and in the outfit of your choice.

Getting Around:
Getting around from 3 Monbaz Street is a breeze, thanks to its central location and convenient transportation options.

For those who prefer walking, many attractions and amenities are within easy reach.

Additionally, the area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and trams, providing access to various parts of the city.

Taxis and rideshare services are also readily available for added convenience.

And for guests with their own vehicles, the included underground parking space ensures hassle-free parking right at the building.

Stay Could Have Been (Much!) Better

Now that my stay is over and I am back home - I want to inform all about my stay experience. Overall it was barely OK. Specifically: The positive - great location.. The negatives - the pictures posted on VRBO do NOT reflect the actual conditions (it may have when the listing was new, but not now) - the carpet is stained, the couch is super uncomfortable (the cushions are threadbare and way past their prime) barely any outdoor furniture (the two person bench was VERY uncomfortable!), the media cabinet doors are broken, the TV remote controls did not work, one of the shower heads was broken, provided towels were threadbare (one had a fist-sized hole) and the biggest negative impact was the Air Conditioning - it worked sporadically - there were several nights where it wasn't working and it was just about impossible to sleep (it was hot and the air was stale) . To be fair, when I went to the office to 'complain', the shower and the media cabinet were 'repaired' and there was an attempt to resolve the Air Conditioning problem (a non-HVAC professional just cleaned the air filter)- albeit unsuccessful in that Air Conditioning still did not work properly. The rental broker ISRENTALS was arrogant and very difficult to work with, despite numerous attempts to have then resolve the Air Conditioning problem.

Great apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, we were able to spread out. The view from the balcony is amazing, could not be better. The check in process was challenging because we arrived in the middle of the night after being delayed. The night staff was not notified of our arrival. Otherwise, all great !

This is a fabulous apartment. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful, the view from the porch is breathtaking and Jacob was an incredible host. I am a frequent traveler and I look forward to my next stay!
