If you are a walker, less than 20 min to Emek Refa'im and about 35 min to the center of town. The owner couldn't be more lovely and helpful, if you want interaction; otherwise leaves you alone. Nice design touches in the space. Only downside is minimal natural light during the day, but comfy patio furniture to sit outside.」
