Staff over telephone was helpful and friendly to deal with Room was smokey smelling and definitely older style. There were two used wine glasses not cleaned on bench and the plastic glasses in fridge were older looking and not fresh to use looking. The room had a television that did not work, we were told about this but after we had paid the accommodation at full price. Bed was comfortable and able to sleep in.

The air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. It's one of those old square ones. The place is next to a bottle shop and the drinkers are noisy at night, adding to making it harder to settle.
