「Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. 「The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways!」
