Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license. The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The night we stayed the forecast called for snow; a neighbor advised us of off street parking rules for plowing. I reached out to host for verification, and he confirmed. “The host was super, immediately responsive to our messages/inquiries. All amenities were as described. Some complimentary k cups would have been a nice touch but just a suggestion, not a complaint! Bed was firm but very comfortable! Also suggest no rock salt on the sauna and hot tub steps where you are going to be barefoot. Overall great and comfy stay close to jfbb.”

We grilled every night, super easy. The hot tub and pool table were the highlights for us. Movie night was cozy and comfy in the theatre. Short rides to camelbeach and 940 Golf N'Fun - the whole gang had a blast. Only things were, we read previous reviews and brought our own 3 rolls of TP which proved……

Everything was clean and in working order. The stay was comfortable with everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a night. Family ski’ed Camelback right outside the townhouse.
